Customer Service Officer (Japanese, Full-Time / Part-Time)

Position: Customer Service Officer - Japanese
Responsibilities: Based in the call center under the Japanese team, the position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handle Japanese customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Non-sales position
Salary: $16-20K. 5 day work
Requirements
Post-secondary educated
Native level Japanese.
At least 1 years customer service experience
Call center CS experience will be an advantage but not a must
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
