The Job

• Client: 1) Property Developer, 2) Property Management Company
• Position: Senior Maintenance Officer / Maintenance Officer (Many positions)
• Responsibilities: Building services system maintenance for retail fit-out and renovation projects. Liaison with contractors / IO. Works quality inspection, testing & commissioning.
• $20-35K. 5 day, medical,bonus.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3-8 years experience in building services system maintenance for retail properties / shopping mall fit-out or renovation.
• Good experience in electrical / HVAC systems
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
