Assist in managing daily office and warehouse operations in company’s internal facility-related issues, including cleaning, security measures, alterations and additions works, renovation routine repair and maintenance works;
Monitor and coordinate works and services performed by outsourced contractors, included air-conditioning, fire services, electricity, cleaning and security services, etc.;
Provide support and supervision to in-house technicians in routine maintenance and emergency repairs;
Assist in preparing the documentation of procurement and regular reports. e.g. quotation, purchase order, budget control, incident report etc.;
Handle urgent and emergency incidents;
Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Recognized diploma/degree holder, preferably in Facilities/Property Management or Administration Management or related fields;
Minimum 1 years’ relevant work experience
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Good command in English and Chinese;
Proactive, Independent, Responsible
