This exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow our established team of Real Estate, Development, and Construction recruiters reporting to the Managing Director of Asia & Group CEO. Motivate and nurture our high-performing team to develop their skills and careers and surpass revenue budgets.

What are we looking for?

• Driven, personable individual who leads by example
• Proven track record successfully leading a sales team (ideally recruitment / 10+)
• Tech savvy, solutions focused
• Modern leadership approach and philosophy geared toward upcoming generations of recruiters

What will you be doing?

• Motivating, leading and inspiring the Hong Kong recruitment team while nurturing a ‘can do’ culture and winning attitude;
• Assisting Managing Director Asia & HR to source and onboard new talent;
• Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget;
• Proactively manage team member's professional development, growth and performance, identifying any potential problems in advance;
• Working in partnership with group services to improve compliance and operational excellence;
• Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
