Sales Manager (Cybersecurity & Infra Solution), MNC
Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to promote and drive Cybersecurity solutions and services for clients.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding Cybersecurity offerings to achieve business target aligned with team and company goals.
Develop and execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies aimed at achieving organizational objectives.
Provide regular updates to senior management and oversee the daily sales operations of the team.
Ensure compliance with Information Security Rules, policies, and procedures.
Maintain the security of all entrusted information, including proper classification and handling of documents.
Regularly complete Information Security training and stay informed about security requirements.
Identify and report incidents in accordance with the Information Security Incident Reporting Procedure.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within IT Security; less experienced candidates may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
Demonstrates a proven track record in driving sales strategies, offering coaching, and achieving business results.
Possesses relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISP, LSS, or product-specific certifications) as an advantage.
Familiarity with Security Products, infrastructure, cloud solutions, and Managed Security Services (such as Assessment Service, Network Box, Sangfor, Rujie, CNware, and Hitachi) is a plus.
Exhibits a collaborative mindset with the ability to engage across teams.
Strong leadership skills to cultivate a proactive and high-performing team.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
