挑選並準備每日膳食菜單及材料, 準備及烹飪
負責餐廳食材採購、處理、製作及存貨管理
負責廚房日常管理和維持食物及環境安全衛生,並確保符合衛生標準
要求
具有10年以上廚師經驗,擔任過酒樓主廚或者副廚
具備創新菜式和營養搭配的知識及能力
精通潮州菜
工作態度積極主動、有責任感、親切有禮
