Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse monthly statistical forecasts and maintain a commercial forecast for the APAC region in a make-to-stock business.
  • Collaborate with functions like Commercial, Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and General Management to support the S&OP process.
  • Lead the roll-out of the Material Production Scheduling (MPS) tool across APAC markets.
  • Optimize inventory levels across warehouses to meet customer demand and achieve targets for inventory days and working capital.
  • Provide timely and effective reporting of KPIs and critical issues to senior management to ensure an agile and resilient supply chain.
  • Develop a regular purchasing plan to provide visibility to production plants and manage cash flow.
  • Drive forecast accuracy improvements and update supply chain KPIs using business intelligence tools.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in demand and inventory planning or other relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
  • Effective team player with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capable of working under pressure, with a focus on providing solutions and managing risks.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office & Power BI
  • Experience with Demand Forecasting or Inventory Planning systems is a plus.
