IT Assistant in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 531200) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in the HKCEE or a Level 2 qualification in 5 subjects in the HKDSEE. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT, AV or any similar field. Candidates must be proficient in MS Windows, MacOS, Office, and major web conferencing platforms, and should have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual (AV) equipment. The ideal candidate shall demonstrate strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility, along with good communication skills.

The successful applicant shall provide audio-visual services for various academic programmes, events, and workshops. Responsibilities include assisting in the setup of teaching venues, troubleshooting and maintaining AV facilities, and performing any other tasks as assigned.
