Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client and sub-contractors
• Monitor site progress and safety matter

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies / Building Management;
• Minimum 5 years solid site experience in building / maintenance construction field;
• Working experience in A&A, renovations and fitting out works is an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written and spoke English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience / qualification may offer to Project Co-cordinator.

Other Allowance or Benefit:

• Public Holiday, Alternate Saturdays
