WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Provides consultative direction and technical advice relating to the enterprises’ network infrastructure, addressing reliability, availability, scalability, security, and recovery
Take the senior role on technical escalations and drive incidents/problems until resolution utilizing advice
Work with internal technical teams and vendors for product placement and feature improvements for reliability, availability, and serviceability.
Creation of network architecture drawings, IP schemas, and other network documentation required for each project
Proposal Writing and project presentation and demonstration
WHO WR'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree holder in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline
5+ years pre-sales / post-sales support or similar experience
Knowledge of large scale network solutions and layer 2 & 3 technology including, L2 standards, L3 protocols (IP, MPLS, and BGP routing)
Certificate Holders of CISSP, CISA, CEH, H3CSE, CCIE, CCNP, ACEP, and NSE7 would be an advantage
Good experience in pre-sales consultancy services and post-sales services in relation to IT Solutions (Infrastructure / Networking) such as Networking, Security, Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Managed Services, Data Centre, etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and can work independently or as a team
Presentable and possess excellent communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin is an added advantage
Less experience will be considered as Network Consultant
