Description

  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of toy prototypes and finished products to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Identify defects, document findings, and collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Perform risk assessments and durability tests to ensure toys are safe and long-lasting.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, quality reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices for toy safety and quality.
  • Assist in developing and improving QA processes and testing protocols.
  • Support audits and certifications with external regulatory bodies as needed.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree Quality Assurance, Engineering, Product Testing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on toys category
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
