• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and client relations;
• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement;
• Manage project document submissions, such as method statements and material submissions;
• Attend site meetings with the Client Representatives and other parties including Sub-Contractors;
• Day-to-day management of projects;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fit-out/ A&A/ Engineering);
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents 
• Strong technical background and site experience
• Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good team player and able to work independently and disciplined to meet tight deadlines;
• Competent use of computing software like MS office (Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop is an advantage)
• Fluent Cantonese and English preferable
