Job Summary
- Hotel or hospitality background is a prerequisite
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure successful delivery of complex hotel events.
- Display leadership in guest hospitality and ensure consistent, high level service throughout all phases of hotel events.
- Build the unit’s top line revenue by focusing on the post-contractual sale of products and services.
- Maximize revenue by up-selling contracted products to event planners and services.
- Support the management of the Event Planning budget to achieve or exceed budget expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the event (catering / MICE / wedding) management, food and beverage, sales and marketing or related professional area
- Excellent command of written and conversational skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Event Manager
