Client Service Executive
Job Highlights
- Maintain and update membership accounts
- Familiar with Excel (Pivot Table / lookup functions) is must

Responsibilities
• Oversee membership accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Monitor and review membership accounts regularly
• Maintain and update membership information in the system
• Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding membership issues with professionalism
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all data.
Requirements
• A recognized diploma or above
• Experience in collections or a relevant role will be advantage
• Familiar with Excel (Pivot Table / lookup functions) is must
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, independently, and with detailed mind
• Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
