Responsibilities:

• Monitor relevant info submission by raw space exhibitors / contractors
• Monitor contractor’s compliance with the rules and regulations
• Handle collection and refund of site work deposit
• Data input using EBMS
• Consolidate requirement and issue contractor’s badge and vehicle pass
• On-site monitoring of outside raw space booth construction to adhere with the rules and regulations
• Other duties to be assigned

Requirements:

• Good job planning skills
• Good time management
• Good computer skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills, both spoken and written English and Chinese. Conversational Putonghua preferred
• Previous experience in exhibition / event industry is preferred
• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
• Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
• Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre
