Work with sales to follow up with exhibitors for booth facilities ordering to ensure order accuracy
Process additional orders including data entry, collection of order forms and preparation of order summary
Co-ordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors to ensure the quality of services
Work closely with operation team to ensure efficient processing of ordered facilities
Manage the operation of on-site service counter and undertake on-site duties
Perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules
Provide clerical work assistance to Sales
Assist sales on cold call and conduct follow up
Other duties to be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing / Event Management / Business/ Communication/ Hotel & Hospitality or relevant disciplines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
Well-organized, willing to learn and self-motivated
Able to work independently
Previous experience in exhibition / event industry is preferred
Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre [Shuttle bus service will be provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station]
