To coordinate on logistical arrangements and to provide onsite and online support for all kinds of fair events including opening ceremonies, gala evenings, networking cocktails, conferences, seminars, webinars and design/ awards competitions, etc.
To follow up on and to proof-read graphics and artwork in relations to backdrop, onsite signages, souvenirs, display, award certificates as well as to produce all printed matters, e-certificates or conference booklets as required
To work with the event venue, service vendors and internal departments on the required technical setup for different events
To facilitate recruitment campaign including preparing marketing materials, DMs/eDMs, telemarketing, digital marketing, etc. and to monitor the feedback of promotion
To liaise with speakers on profile and PowerPoint collection and to follow up with participants on payment for Conference tickets, if any
To assist in consolidating and updating event data and registrants’ information
To perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules
Requirements:
University graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in the exhibition field (Good experience in similar industries/job natures will be given priority)
Strong command in English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
Customer-oriented, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
Willing to work overtime and occasionally on public holidays
