The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling end to end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
Screen CVs, handle complex interviews scheduling, conduct interviews as well as coordinate on-boarding processes
Handle staff enquiries and work closely with various Departments in response to their hiring & staffing needs
Support in organizing recruitment activities & events e.g. job fairs
Support in staff engagement activities
Maintain HR database and filling system
Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder majored in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
With at least 2 years of solid working experience in HR field
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
Detail-minded, efficient, and service-oriented
Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
Good Interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at different levels
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Windows and Chinese word-processing
Candidate with HRIS experiences would be an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
