Support the Procurement Section on purchasing related matters
Provide administrative support to internal buyers on reviewing tender documents including specifications and composition of bidder list, etc
Monitor the compliance of procurement activities and provide guidance to internal user departments against the guidelines and procedures
Support the maintenance of the Approved Supplier List
Liaise and facilitate the Tender Board Meeting including the preparation of any necessary documents such as price analysis and summary of tender submission
Review contracts/ agreements for the awarded tender with terms and conditions
Prepare procurement training materials, analysis and reports for management review
Maintenance of the Procurement Webpage
Assist the implementation of e-Procurement Platform
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations; NGO/public sector experience will be an advantage
Proactive, self-motivated and independent
Multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadline as assigned
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in ERP / procurement system implementation will be an advantage
