Handling all aspect of employment-related issues, including recruitment; structuring of employment relationship; variation of employment terms and benefits; termination of employment; enforceability of non-compete clauses; disciplinary matters; and labour relations
Advising in relation to discrimination and harassment, and personal data issues connected with employment.
Handling contentious and non-contentious matters including in the, EOC, Labour Tribunal and Courts
Assisting with internal corporate investigations and investigations by the Labour Department, EOC, Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and Immigration Department.
Qualifications:
Qualified in Hong Kong
Experience and attributes:
2 to 4 post qualification with relevant experience
English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills (written and spoken) is essential
Interest in working in Employment Law
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and client management skills
Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
