Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities, drive team performance by implementing effective sales strategies, especially Hotels, Restaurants and Café (HORECA) sector
  • Assist supervisor to achieve assigned sales target
  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients
  • Coordinate with Quality Control Team for after-sale services
  • Prepare sales related reports (i.e. sales performance, Contract Summary etc.) on regular basis
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales, post-sales and after sales service support to customers
  • Prepare agreement and quotation and present proposal plans to clients
  • Follow up daily sales orders
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 4 years’ of relevant experience, exposure in coffee related industry is preferable
  • Sales-oriented, strong analytical and numerical sense, good organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on practices in various aspects of marketing projects are an added value
  • Experience in developing business with Macau Hotels, will be an advantage
  • Certificate recognized by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA or other institution) is a plus
  • Certificate in Coffee knowledge or relevant training will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
