Job Highlights

About the role:

  • Conduct 24 hours monitoring Applications Status and Network Connectivity to ensure customer network services in proper operations (Shift duty is required)
  • Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to seniors
  • Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Monitor and maintain service quality in accordance to Service Level Agreement
  • Perform regular routine health checks and customer drill tests

About You:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma or higher holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in supporting network infrastructure support or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines
  • Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product, such as Cisco, Juniper, ZTE, Huawei, etc.
  • Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure and must be on shift roaster.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistance Engineer
