Take ownership and show efforts in optimizing outlet capacity
Maintain good communication among team to achieve high level of service
Assist restaurant manager in optimizing outlet business volume and capacity
Ability to fully utilize the hotel’s reservation system ringing up sales
Maintain and renew guest profile in regular basis.
Always handle guest responses and reservations in professional manner; like guest name, time, date, number of guests, contact information and special requirement etc need to be recorded precisely
Follow up on particular guest request / order with concern parties such as dietary allergy or arrangement for special occasion etc.
Reconfirm all guest reservation in advance to optimize operation
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Significant experience of host
Dynamism and good interpersonal skills
Good English and Chinese
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge in computer skills
