Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of products, projects, and programs to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative and safe toy designs
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive database for toy catalogues
• Define product specifications and set testing requirements
• Source and identify new vendors to enhance the supply chain
• Manage supplier relationships, project timelines, and conduct cost analysis
• Coordinate orders with factories and internal teams to ensure client requirements and timely delivery are met
• Arrange for lab samples and follow up on testing per customer requests
• Business travel is required
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in OEM/ODM environment
• Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of toy products, production processes, and cost structures
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in the toy industry (ASTM & EN71)
• Experience in the development of gift and premium toys is a plus
• Proven project management capabilities with multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skill with China and overseas vendors is essential
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a MUST
• Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous
• Immediate availability is preferred
