Job Description:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the backend system for Bybit Card (https://www.bybit.com/cards) issuance services.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of various subsystems within the card issuance business, including card application, card management, and reconciliation, ensuring clear module boundaries and scalability to support rapid business growth.
• Drive rapid business development and efficient iteration through continuous technical research and innovation.
• Ensure system stability, guaranteeing high reliability in card application and management processes, as well as the performance and accuracy of reconciliation processes.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of work experience, bachelor's degree or higher in computer software or related fields.
• Solid foundation in Java programming, proficient in common design patterns and multi-threaded programming; familiar with popular Java open-source frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot, Mybatis).
• Understanding of computer principles, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Familiar with designing highly available applications using databases, caching, message middleware, and microservices.
• Proficient in using databases such as MySQL/Oracle, with some SQL optimization skills.
• Capable of analyzing and designing general system modules.
• Passionate about technology, meticulous and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of quality in system development.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration, proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
