Job Description

  • Develop an ambitious retail education strategy and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Adopt top-down and bottom-up approaches to identify learning needs, prioritize strategic initiatives, and communicate priorities to global offices & retail stores.
  • Build strong relationships with the global teams, develop learning solutions aligned to core and leadership capabilities, and measure their impact on people and business.
  • Establish a robust learning ecosystem with best-in-class technologies, content, and user experience; drive adoption and scale-up of learning platforms.
  • Define the target operating model for the digital learning ecosystem, implement learning analytics, and foster a continuous learning culture
  • Come up with a detailed retail education strategy to educate all global offices and retail teams at our global stores to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Train all retail store members on brand awareness, product knowledge, and strategies to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in retail operations, learning & development, or training roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful retail training strategies and programs
  • Strong background in branding, brand storytelling, and brand advocacy
  • Experience in the luxury/fashion industry preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Change management and project management expertise
  • Creative problem-solving and the ability to innovate
  • Collaborative leadership style and stakeholder management skills
