Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operational Risk to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operational risk within the bank. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management frameworks and policies.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across all business units.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on risk-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a risk-aware culture within the organization through training and awareness programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
