所有導師均需大專程度學歷及有相關小組教學1年或以上經驗，個別專科導師有相關教授經驗及證書。而導師會接受一個3小時的訓練工作坊，已符合小組教授的要求。所有導師也有性罪行定罪紀錄。

導師需要能獨立管理課室秩序及應對問題。
