Assistant Manager, Customer Service (Telephone Servicing)
Handle inbound and outbound calls or Chats from Banking and Credit Card customers in shift basis.
Deliver good customer service and understand customer’s need.
Identify process improvement area to enhance customer’s experience.
Support department to achieve business KPIs.
Requirements
HKDSE or above
Min 1 years of Contact Centre in banking/finance industry
HKSI Type 1 RA is preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Attentive, accurate and reliable, efficient processor
Able to understand and address customer concerns
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good team player
Willing to attend shift duties
