Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls or Chats from Banking and Credit Card customers in shift basis.
  • Deliver good customer service and understand customer’s need.
  • Identify process improvement area to enhance customer’s experience.
  • Support department to achieve business KPIs.


Requirements


  • HKDSE or above
  • Min 1 years of Contact Centre in banking/finance industry
  • HKSI Type 1 RA is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Attentive, accurate and reliable, efficient processor
  • Able to understand and address customer concerns
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player
  • Willing to attend shift duties
