Job Responsibilities

• Power Supply Design and Development : Design and develop various power supply products, including but not limited to Buck, Boost, PFC, LLC topologies. Ensure the products meet requirements of efficiency, stability, and safety.
• Circuit Design and Simulation : Complete circuit schematic design according to power supply design requirements, use professional software for circuit simulation analysis, optimize circuit design, and improve power supply performance and reliability.
• Project Progress Communication : Communicate effectively in English with team members, suppliers, and customers. Report project progress and coordinate to solve problems to ensure smooth project advancement.
• Testing and Verification : Develop power supply test plans and conduct comprehensive testing and verification, including electrical performance, reliability, and safety certification tests. Ensure products meet relevant standards and quality requirements.
• Technical Documentation : Write technical documents such as power supply design documents, test reports, and user manuals. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and standardization of the documents to guide production, maintenance, and use.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Follow new technologies and trends in the power supply industry, actively participate in innovation and improvement, and enhance the competitiveness of the company's power supply products.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Experience : Over 5 years in power supply R&D, familiar with various power supply topologies (Buck, Boost, PFC, LLC), and able to independently undertake design and development.
• Professional Skills :
• Proficient in power supply circuit design, magnetic component design, PCB layout, with strong circuit analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in using circuit simulation software (e.g., SPICE), schematic and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence) for simulation and design optimization.
• Knowledgeable about power supply testing standards and certification requirements, capable of independently conducting testing and certification.
• English Proficiency : Fluent in English, especially oral communication, to interact smoothly with overseas teams, suppliers, and customers. Able to accurately read and understand English technical documents.
• Personal Qualities :
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, proactive in completing tasks and collaborating to solve project issues.
• Good learning ability and innovative thinking to continuously learn new power supply technologies and support product innovation.
• Strong stress tolerance to handle work pressure during busy project phases and ensure timely delivery.
