We are looking for an AI Research Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge research and a focus on the development of innovative AI solutions. As part of the R&D team, you will lead the exploration, prototyping, and experimentation of AI-driven systems that will underpin key features of the Narrative Projects platform, such as specification document generation and intelligent manufacturing matchmaking.

You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to ensure your research contributes to deployable solutions that enhance platform capabilities. Your work will focus on the theoretical and practical aspects of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with the ultimate goal of pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in influencer-led brand creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop novel machine learning and AI models, with a focus on specification document generation, manufacturing matchmaking, and influencer-brand interactions.
• Prototype AI-based solutions using state-of-the-art techniques in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Explore new methodologies, including transformer models, GANs, reinforcement learning, and other advanced algorithms to improve platform intelligence and scalability.
• Publish research findings, white papers, and contribute to the broader AI community through conferences, journals, or open-source contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions that can scale across a growing user base.
• Develop and maintain datasets from diverse sources, focusing on influencer content, brand preferences, and manufacturing standards to drive model training and experimentation.
• Evaluate the performance of models through rigorous testing, benchmarking, and refinement of algorithms based on real-world data from influencers and manufacturers.
