MCG Talent are on the lookout for a Paid Search Director to join a leading global blockchain/crypto firm.

As a Paid Search Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid search strategies across multiple markets. You will lead a team of specialists, manage large budgets, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fintech, crypto, or i-gaming sectors.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search strategy aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
• Utilize data analytics and performance insights to enhance bids, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in paid search marketing, particularly in high-growth sectors like fintech, crypto, or e-gaming.
• Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and delivering quantifiable results.
• Extensive expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid search automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar data platforms.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of regulatory considerations in digital advertising within crypto, fintech, or gaming is a plus.
