Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute overseas marketing strategies, leading the localization team to achieve local market share growth.
• Lead the team in researching and analyzing target markets, and developing marketing plans and PR strategies for products and brand activities.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring return on investment, and taking responsibility for marketing results.
• Plan brand schemes such as sponsorships and offline activities, ensuring team execution and increasing user brand stickiness.
• Manage team performance and personnel allocation, ensuring that market growth meets expectations.
• Responsible for overseas social media operations, including promotion on SNS platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Job Requirements:

• Around 5 years of overseas marketing experience, with market planning experience preferred.
• Have practical experience in SNS/KOL/offline activities, with expertise in specific business areas and national markets.
• Possess strong market insight and digital acumen, proficient in market research methods and analysis tools.
• English proficiency as a working language, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese; familiarity with blockchain and financial-related knowledge is preferred.
