Responsibilities:

As Brand Manager you are an expert acting as trend scout to bring life in our products. You will be responsible for the brand management of Amenity Kits. You are serving as liaison between sales, merchandising, logistic and design as part of the entire project management. Working together with an international team, you will have the following job responsibilities:

• Identifying and observing trends in the lifestyle-, travel-, fashion- and design market
• Acquiring and maintaining strategic cooperation with established and relevant brand manufactures to expand the brand portfolio
• Developing sales concepts and creating innovative product lines to bring together suitable brands with potential customers in collaboration with the design team
• Coordinating project related work processes to relevant departments regarding the fitting between brand, product and customer
• Coordinating and negotiating the contractual terms of brand cooperation and secure closure of contracts
• Running and monitoring of marketing, sales and inventory reports
• Conducting and evaluating of cosmetic, fashion & accessories surveys
• Supporting sales department by providing appropriate presentation forms and techniques as wells as participating in the entire tender process
• Attending to relevant fairs, trade shows and exhibitions worldwide and establishing networks to brand´s manufacturer

Required job qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or related discipline
• Min. 2-3 years experience in sales of life style products, marketing, branding or equivalent experience
• Profound knowledge of brands and fashion business, especially in cosmetics and branded accessories
• Knowledge and experience of appropriate international trade fairs
• Ability to work independently and to direct multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, intercultural understanding
• Fluent English, both orally and in writing with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Modules Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to work under stress and short timelines
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
