Overview of the position

This Senior Account Executive/Account Executive will be responsible for sales planning, promotion execution and implementation, growing the desirability of our brand portfolio and maintaining good working relationship with customers in the Off Premise Channel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team annual sales target
  • Establish and manage good relationships with key accounts and potential customers
  • Develop new business to expand distribution of Company’s core brands
  • Ensure most appropriate coverage of all current and potential key accounts by reviewing and managing pricing, distribution, stock in trade, visual merchandising, promotion execution and other sales related activities
  • Support channel strategy and implement market activations to deliver strong brand communication and commercial objectives
  • Deliver strong brand presence through on and offline visibilities
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to evaluate methods to improve promotion effectiveness and operational efficiencies
  • Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis
  • Monthly survey on retail pricing and provide commentary on key promotion in trade

  • Relevant sales and key account management experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
  • Possessing industry experience in Wines & Spirits, F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competition
  • Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainability
  • A self-starter, entrepreneurial, customer focused and results oriented team player
