As we expand our presence in Hong Kong, we’re seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to spearhead our efforts in identifying and targeting new audiences. This role is ideal for a junior-level professional who enjoys a mix of desk research, social media engagement, campaign planning, and on-the-ground outreach to connect with potential customers and partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Business Development & Market Expansion : Identify and develop new customer segments and partnerships to grow The Gym Pod’s presence in Hong Kong.
  • Audience Research : Conduct desk research to understand market trends, target demographics, and potential partnerships.
  • Social Media & Digital Outreach : Engage with potential customers via social media platforms, craft outreach campaigns, and build brand awareness.
  • Community Engagement & Networking : Attend industry events, meet potential partners, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Campaign Execution : Plan and implement marketing and engagement campaigns to attract new users to The Gym Pod.
  • On-the-Ground Activation : Hit the streets to connect with fitness communities, gyms, and potential business partners to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Performance Tracking : Analyze outreach efforts and optimize strategies for greater effectiveness.


What We’re Looking For
  • A highly social, outgoing, and energetic personality with strong networking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Passion for fitness, health, and an active lifestyle .
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Basic marketing and social media knowledge (experience with digital campaigns is a bonus).
  • Comfortable with remote work while also engaging in fieldwork across Hong Kong.


Location & Compensation
  • Office Location : Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong (with remote work flexibility).
  • Annual Compensation : HKD400,000 with variable incentives
