Responsibilities
Bookkeeping, billing, claims and cheque handling
Schedule and arrange meetings
To provide clerical and/ or administrative support
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
5 years equivalent experience is a must
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel suite
Chinese input
Accouting software experience is a plus
