Manage schedule, appointment and travel arrangement for Senior Executive, including Chairman & CEO, Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
Provide professional secretarial support to Chairman & CEO.
Prepare materials, proofread correspondence, agendas, reports and presentations for Chairman & CEO.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
Oversee the operations of CEO’s office to ensure it is smoothly operated.
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of Chairman & CEO.
Attend meetings and events with Chairman & CEO, take minutes as requested.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Communications or related disciplines
10 years’ secretarial experience in supporting senior executives
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with internal and external stakeholders in professional manner
Attention to details, take ownership, proactive and self-driven
Strong organization and time management skills, able to multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Able to work in a fast paced environment
