What You Will Do

As an Accounting Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of financial excellence, driving accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in our daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform daily account management and follow-up actions on overdue accounts
• Execute inter-company transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and manage staff reimbursement claims.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including internal and external audits and tax-related issues.
• Undertake miscellaneous job-related duties and support ad-hoc tasks as required.

We Are Looking For People Who Possess

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office and effective PC skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is an advantage.
• Suitable for candidates interested in developing a career in accounting or data analytics; prior experience is an advantage.
