Our client is a well-known FMCG company and they are now looking for Product Manager to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Conduct market analysis to identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
Work closely with marketing, buyer teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
Analyze product performance metrics and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
5+ years of experience in product management within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
