Assist Project Managers in coordinating all architectural and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of a new store or office space.
Follow the work schedule of all phases of projects using the designated software systems.
Work closely with Senior Manager - Store Planning and other internal Departments - Visual Merchandising, IT, Store Managers and Head of Markets - as well as external suppliers to handle costs, schedule and quality control of projects.
Collect information, define timing and prepare and update Cost Plan Report.
Keep Senior Management informed about the Budget status. Collect periodical cost report from Local Consultants and Contractors. Assist Project Manager to create a thorough and comprehensive cost plan report to be used to check invoice consistency and issue payment. Send periodical report of Budget status to Accounting.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to draft contracts and leases.
Profile
Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences preferably from design or construction industries
Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Meticulous with effective coordination skills
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
