Job Description:
1. Responsible for the achievement of the mobile phone and PAD category performance of the new retail MiJia channel, docking with GTM and other sales departments, and setting the sales target and sales plan of the Mijia channel;
2. Communicate and implement the sales policy formulated by GTM, promote the implementation of the sales plan and the achievement of performance goals;
3. Responsible for the phased and full life cycle management of products in the introduction period, growth period, maturity period and delisting period to maximize sales;
4. Responsible for product integrated marketing, promoting product promotion, personnel training, exhibition optimization and other links, and continuous category optimization.
5. Accurately predict and analyze the market: the production capacity of stores and channels: customer purchase behavior and market dynamics, and formulate reasonable sales strategies
6. Market insight (industry + competitive products), monitor the sales situation in the product life cycle, and summarize the rules and playing methods.
Qualifications:
1. In-depth understanding of categories, cognitive understanding of retail, and strong project coordination ability;
2. Have a strong willingness to retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership;
3. Category operation, GTM, overseas sales experience is preferred; Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred;
4. Strong data collation and logical analysis skills, proficient in Excel, PPT and other data analysis tools;
5. Bachelor degree or above, Cantonese is preferred.
