Our client is a sizable and industry-leading corporation with over 5,000 employees in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Human Resources Manager.
About the role
Support the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and professional development
Manage and resolve staff issues and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
Add strategic value to business processes and operations by advising managers on all people-related matters. Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support talent and performance management, as well as retention efforts, driving business outcomes and implementing relevant initiatives
Develop and nurture trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure that human capital strategies are in harmony with overall business goals. Utilize data analytics and key metrics to create and enhance solutions that boost the effectiveness of people programs and optimize workforce productivity
Champion a high-performance culture that embraces diversity and inclusion through the adoption of best practices. Additionally, provide support for other HR strategic projects or ad hoc tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 12 years related working experience gained in sizable corporation.
Leading and Communicating- engage with all members of staff, being visible in the workplace and accessible to offer HR support and advice
Excellent communication, listening, influencing and coaching skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
