Responsibilities :

• Track and analyze trends in major asset classes within the secondary market : Conduct in-depth research on the market performance of asset classes such as equities, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and major sovereign bonds. Identify potential investment opportunities and risks, and regularly produce market trend analysis reports to provide data-driven insights for team decision-making and performance review.
• Collect and organize market voices and opinions : Gather perspectives and sentiments from market participants by reviewing industry reports, news, social media, forums, and other sources. Compile this information into structured data to help the team better understand market dynamics and investor behavior.
• Assist the team with data analysis and report writing : Use data analysis tools such as Excel and leverage AI tools to assist in creating investment research reports, market briefs, and presentation materials. Ensure data accuracy and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings and share research findings : Regularly discuss market trends and research outcomes with the team, provide insights and recommendations, and actively engage in the team’s decision-making process to enhance overall research capabilities and market awareness.

Requirements :

• Current student or graduate from a top university in Finance, Economics, or a related field : Candidates should possess a solid theoretical foundation in finance or economics, be familiar with the basic concepts and mechanisms of financial markets, and be able to quickly grasp complex market phenomena. Prior internship experience in related fields is preferred.
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and the secondary market : Candidates should have a keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets, with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest industry developments.
• Proficiency in leveraging the latest AI tools, with excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills : Candidates should stay updated on the latest advancements in AI products and be skilled in using AI tools to enhance research efforts. Proficiency in tools like Excel for data processing and analysis is required, along with the ability to extract valuable insights from large datasets and construct clear, logical arguments under team guidance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities : Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to clearly convey research findings and insights to the team, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit to work effectively with team members.
