As the Application Support Engineer, you will contribute to Lane Crawford's business success by ensuring the smooth functioning of critical business applications and enhancing productivity. You will manage support requests, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and maintain detailed documentation to enhance application performance and stability.


The Role

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for office and store users
  • Perform initial problem diagnosis, remote support, and provide deskside support when necessary
  • Escalate issues to the 2nd tier support team when necessary
  • Install and configure end-user devices and components
  • Manage user account access rights (creation, deletion, and updates)
  • Log tickets for all incoming incidents and requests. Update case records regularly and ensure timely resolution of tickets
  • Assist in any ad-hoc project as assigned
  • Work Hours: 5 day working week across Monday to Sunday with 2 shifts - either 9:00 to 17:30 or 13:00 to 21:30


The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and experience related to common office IT issues & systems; previous exposure to retail industry is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL and SQL scripting
  • Familiarity with service desk policies, standards, and procedures
  • A good team player, mindset for continuous improvement & adaptability; excellent customer services skills
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
