Responsibilities

• Act as project leader to manage and execute clients’ projects, and provide professional advice to clients
• Formulate and implement strategic marketing and communications plan to meet clients’ objectives and achieve target results
• Develop and strengthen relationship with key clients & media
• Work effectively with senior and junior team members, as well as other departments, overseas offices and external parties
• Co-ordinate marketing activities and liaise with marketing partners if required
• Identify unique media angles for Clients’ projects to maximize publicity
• Draft/edit press and communications materials
• Establish regular dialogues with target media to create opportunities for press coverage
• Plan, organize and manage PR events for clients
• Manage project schedule and budget
• Prepare clippings monitoring, quotations, reports and proposals

Qualifications

• University degree holder preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines
• At least 8-10 years of experience in PR or Marketing related field
• Strong media network in Local News, Finance/Property and Feature pages and Business, Hospitality, Lifestyle media
• Good digital knowledge through personal/professional use of social media channels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, fluency in oral and written Chinese will be a bonus
• Good project management skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing
