Responsibilities

· Assist in restaurant daily operations and supervise the team

· Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge in the absence of Restaurant Manager

· Provide attentive and efficient service to meet members’ satisfaction

· Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner

· Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready

· Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day

Requirements

· Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline

· (For Captain) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry

· (For Waiter/ Waitress) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous

· A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates

· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

· Good command of spoken English and Cantonese

· Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
