Job Description:

• Provide all round administrative support such as handling phone call, clerical works and assist in organizing company activities
• Handle office administrative works including equipment, maintenance and procurement of office supplies
• Assist any ad hoc assignments as required
• More experience will be considered as Senior Administration Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and responsible
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Working location : Kwun Tong / Kwai Chung
