EAM/ Investment Planning / Insurance Planning/ Wealth Management / Portfolio Management/ Business Development Manager

  • Provide the full suite of wealth management and banking services to high net-worth individual clients
  • Strong desire of self-improvement and learn from experiences
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
  • Monitor clients' portfolios on a regular basis to identify additional business opportunities and revenue growth potential
  • Customize portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across fund, equity and other asset classes.
  • Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio asset allocation
  • Conducting financial mapping of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs.
  • Work closely with other departments, to identify cross-selling opportunities and bring all relevant products and services to our clients
  • Solid product knowledge (eg, funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, structured product)
  • Implement and improve the quantitative analysis processes in the generation of comprehensive investment ideas, trade execution, and advanced strategies for High Net worth & Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in Asia, including individuals, family offices, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Good skill in client relationship, credit assessment and communication
  • Solid understanding of investment products and strategy for UHNW clients
  • Self Starter/Entrepreneurial for business developments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin (depending on the market coverage)
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong desire of self-improvement and learn from experiences
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations
  • Minimum 5+ years experience, with good knowledge of investment products
  • CFP/CFA not required but preferred
