We are currently working with a large telecommunications enterprise in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team to work on their new GenAI initiatives. This BA will handle different end to end projects involving stakeholders from different departments. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their need and write BR and test case documentation
• Monitor project progress and key performance in a short deadline to drive project delivery
• Engage with both the business users and the development team to bridge gaps in understanding and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure efficient project delivery and adapt to changing requirements.
• Work closely with technology vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
• Proven exposure in large scaled projects under tight deadline
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documenting test case
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in stakeholder and vendor management
• Cantonese and Mandarin mandatory
